A prosecutor from Aberdeen has been found guilty after trial of sending threatening messages to an employee of his partner at Aberdeen Sheriff Court. The messages were sent after the woman had threatened to leave his partners salon and move next door with other workers. Sentence has been deferred until next week for a criminal justice social work report. His defence solicitor however stated that: “This is a hugely traumatic conviction and a serious one for him. He is going to lose a well-respected job which provides him with a good income – it’s as serious as that.”
