A man has died after being shot while sitting in a car in the south side of Glasgow.

Police said the 26-year-old was targeted at 23:55 on Tuesday while he was in his Audi at a junction in Scotland Street.
He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he died a short time later.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said that officers were treating his death as murder.
Police have closed Shields Road between St Andrews Drive and Scotland Street and also closed Scotland Street between Shields Road and Carnoustie Street.
Services from the Shields Road Subway are also being affected by the incident, with police standing outside the entrance to the station.
Officers are also present outside the nearby multi-storey car park.
