Mr Kinsella has appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court charged with the theft of eight puppies and carrying a blade in public. The bulldog puppies were stolen from a Castlemilk home when children were present and the accused persons were said to be in possession of a knife. Another two men have also been charged with the offence. Mr Kinsella made no plea and was released on bail pending investigations. One of the other men was granted bail while the other was remanded in custody. The eight puppies are yet to be located by Police Scotland.
